Customer Connect is California's child support self-service information system. With convenient
24/7 access, customers have the ability to access their account information either on-line or by calling the toll-free automated
phone system.
Use Customer Connect to:
- Update your account information
- Obtain individual case information
- Obtain payment information, including account balances, payments received, and payments made
- Make a payment
- Reset or change your PIN
- Verify appointment dates and times
Whether you are accessing Customer Connect on-line or by calling the toll free number, please be sure to have
your Social Security Number (or Participant ID) and personal identification number (PIN) ready to access
case-specific information.

| Child Support Automated Information System (CSAIS) |
CSAIS is designed to provide fast service,
24 hours per day, 7 days a week, with access to a variety of information regarding your child support case by
telephone. This provides general information including office location, mailing address, fax number, hours
of operation and available services. By calling 1-800-376-8160, you can also access information on your account
balances, payment history, case status, and enforcement actions. You must have a valid Social Security Number
and Participant Identification Number (also referred to as PAR ID).
You can locate your PAR ID number on your monthly account statement.

(CASES) Payment Website |
From the CASES Payment website,
you will be able to access information regarding your case, such as payment history, balances, status, and
enforcement actions.
This site is intended for authorized child support participants only. You will need your
PAR ID number and your Social Security Number
to access your case information from this site. To view your current account information on the Internet,
please "Click Here".

| PNMit (Print and Mail It) Website |
The PNMit website provides the ability to view or print on-line billing statements.
If you choose, you can review your monthly statements on-line instead of receiving them through the US mail.
At the PNMit website, you can request a personal e-mail "Notification of Account Billing Statement Availability"
be sent to you each month when your statement becomes available on the website for you to review.
This site is intended for authorized child support participants only. You will need your PAR ID number
