Customer Connect is California's child support self-service information system. With convenient 24/7 access, customers have the ability to access their account information either on-line or by calling the toll-free automated phone system.

Use Customer Connect to:

  • Update your account information
  • Obtain individual case information
  • Obtain payment information, including account balances, payments received, and payments made
  • Make a payment
  • Reset or change your PIN
  • Verify appointment dates and times
