An Electronic Pay Card (EPC) is a MasterCard-branded debit card. It allows the Parent/Party Receiving Support (PRS) to have their child support payments deposited directly to an account that is linked to the MasterCard debit card. The PRS does not need to have a bank account. The PRS has access to their payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week wherever MasterCard is accepted, including automated teller machines and PIN-based point-of-sale terminals. It's fast, secure and an efficient way for the PRS to receive their money.
