An Electronic Pay Card (EPC) is a VISA-branded debit card. It allows custodial parties to have their child support payments deposited directly to an account that is linked to the VISA debit card. The custodial party does not need to have a bank account. The custodial party has access to their payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week wherever Visa is accepted, including automated teller machines and PIN-based point-of-sale terminals. It's fast, secure and an efficient way for custodial parties to receive their money.
