-
Why did I receive a credit reporting notice?
-
Credit reporting notices are sent each time an
account is opened to advise you that you will be
subject to credit reporting through this office.
-
Do you only report negative marks on credit
reports?
-
No. Each month you are reported either delinquent
or current, based on the payment that came into
this office.
-
I believe I was reported to the credit bureau in
error. What can I do?
-
In order to have your credit reporting reviewed,
you must have the credit bureau which is
reporting your status of payment submit the
formal credit dispute form to this office. This
office cannot help you until this is done. At
that time, we will have an administrator review
your case.
