You are not entitled to a refund of these monies.
This intercept program is designed as another
form of collection towards your arrears and is
not limited by the payment plan set in the court
order. We are entitled to 25% of your benefit
check. We will not reduce the amount taken from
your checks. We will continue to deduct until
there is a zero balance owed.
