Outreach Program

The Department of Child Support Services' Outreach Program is designed to support the Department of Child Support Services' mission, which is to promote the well being of children and the self-sufficiency of families by delivering first rate child support service and the collection needs of children. The Outreach Program will carry out this mission by effectively delivering program information to our customers and all interested parties.

Stanislaus County Department of Child Support Services partnered with the Modesto Nuts on an outreach campaign "Stepping Up to the Plate". This campaign is designed to raise child support awareness and encourage fathers to be more involved in their children's lives. DCSS is an official sponsor of the Nuts post-game "Kids Run the Bases" program after every Friday, Saturday and Sunday home game during the 2015 season. The department recently received the National Child Support Enforcement Association's (NCSEA) 2012 Excellence Award for Program Awareness and the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC) 2012 Excellence Award for Program Awareness for this campaign. The following video is currently being shown at Modesto Nuts' home games!
